Shipping –

We use USPS Priority mail and Express Mail to control costs and ensure reliable shipping – domestically  and internationally.  If you want to use your corporate shipping accounts, please contact us.  We’ll do our best to meet your special shipping needs.

 

Return Policy –                                                

Because our products are made to order, we can’t imagine shipping the wrong product.  But we don’t claim to be perfect.  If you don’t receive the products you expected, please notify us immediately upon receiving them via email at info@bodykantina.com or call our sales department between 10:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday at 805.578.3525

Our products do not contain artificial preservatives, so it’s critical that product replacements and refunds be requested within 72 hours of delivery, returned in their original packaging within two days from the date we’re notified. 

* If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours or receiving the product.

* If you are not satisfied with your products, please contact Body Kantina 805.578.3525 for approval to return or exchange within 72 hours of receipt of products.
